Have you been praying for a long-time and nothing has happened? Something is wrong since our LORD is amazing and always answers our prayers if we obey HIS will. You will see results and receive answers to all your prayers if you begin putting the following points into practice.

- Be forgiving
Forgiveness is something that we often overlook, even though it is extremely vital to our wonderful God. Our Heavenly Father forgives us of our sins when we forgive, according to the Bible. Jesus taught his disciples; they should forgive 77 times in a day. Do we act in this manner while claiming to be his disciples? If someone holds something against a brother or sister, our LORD has always instructed us in HIS word that they must first go and reconcile with them before offering any gift (prayer) at the altar.
Forgiveness makes me joyful all the time and allows me to live freely. Even when I’m in the presence of the LORD in prayer, I approach the throne of grace with confidence, ready to receive grace and mercy as the Bible teaches us. That’s the Holy Spirit at work. He is the one who leads and guides us to forgiveness. There is something so satisfying and comforting about forgiving. We have the assurance that we have been forgiven when we pray. Remember that the Bible teaches us that our God forgives us of our transgressions and no longer remembers our sins.
- Praying with GOD’S WORD
Remember that the word of God is the sword of the Spirit. When we pray, using the words in the Bible, the Holy Spirit intercedes on our behalf with groans that cannot be expressed in words, for we ought not to know what to pray about (Romans 8:26). Thus, when we are praying, we should always use the word of God. For example, if you are praying to get healed, you should say, “It is written: Our Lord will restore my health and heal me, He has declared.” My Lord will restore my health and heal me, I will have peace and security. By HIS wounds we have been healed.
If you are working hard to make money. You can pray with these words in the bible in the book of Deuteronomy: My God has given me the ability to produce wealth, just the way HE promised our forefathers until this day. JESUS became poor for us to become rich.
Every need and every thanksgiving have a chapter and a verse in the bible to pray with, depending on what you’re praying to GOD for. Before you begin to pray, study the bible and look for the chapter and verse that applies to your situation so that when you pray, you can claim it exactly as it is written in God’s word. Because the word of GOD is as sharp than a double-edged sword.

- Praying for Others
The Apostle Paul tells us to pray for other saints in the book of Ephesians. The Bible also tells us to put others before ourselves. That is something we do in prayer. Why should we always be the ones who take the initiative on behalf of others? Because our Lord teaches us in His word that those who give cheerfully will be blessed. One form of giving is to pray for others. When you give or help, according to the Bible, you are giving to our God, who will always reward you.
Praying for others has proven to be effective, and prayers are certainly answered. I frequently pray for others while minimizing to pray for myself. But our God is so faithful that he continues to amaze me with wonders and miracles I can’t count. In His word, He teaches us that the interests of others should also be ours. Prayers and giving are examples of how we demonstrate this. Always remember to treat others as you would like to be treated, and you can do so through prayer.
As a servant of God, I like praying for others. Because we must be doers of GOD’s word, not just hearers.
Praying for others who are in deep need is the best gift you can give that person. Our God is so wonderful. He always hears. The Bible teaches us that the prayers of a righteous person are powerful and effective. Remember, God’s eye is on the righteous and His ears are attentive to our prayers.
- Praying Three Time a Day
Daniel prayed three times a day. He thanked God and asked for his help. You can practise praying at 9 a.m., then 12 p.m., and then 3 p.m. The bible teaches us that at the ninth hour (3 p.m.), disciples of Jesus, Peter and John, were going to the temple to pray, and at the beautiful gate they found a lame man. He looked at them waiting to receive something, and they told the man, “Look at us silver and gold, we have none, but in the Mighty Name of JESUS CHRIST of Nazareth, rise up and walk.” And immediately, the man stood up, and he went with them to the temple, jumping and praising God.
The Bible also reminds us to pray without ceasing. The Bible again teaches us to be devoted in prayer, being watchful and thankful. It goes on to remind us to keep on praying and thanking GOD.
- Praise and Worship GOD
Praise God with thanksgiving before beginning to pray, and then worship Him with songs is important.
One approach to pray is to worship. According to the Bible, we should worship our LORD when we are joyful. David praised God in the book of Psalms, even in the midst of adversity.
When we worship our Creator, the Holy Spirit fills us with a deep sense of fulfilment. Remember that the bible teaches that when we worship our LORD, HE blesses our food and water, as well as heals our ailments. One of the ways we might invite our LORD into our hearts is via worship. Our God has given us beautiful voices; why not utilize them to joyfully glorify Him? Remember that GOD promises in the Bible that he would never abandon us.
Praise and worship songs for me originate from the heart, guided by the Holy Spirit and based on God’s word. I don’t have to sing gospel singers’ songs when I praise or worship; I can sing any song from my heart with the help of the Holy Spirit. I thank God for His word and for everything He has done for myself and others.
