Heavenly Father,
I come before You today with a heart full of gratitude, recognizing that every good and perfect gift
comes from You (James 1:17). You are the God who provides for all of my needs according to Your
riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). I thank You for Your faithfulness in my life, and I
acknowledge that You are Jehovah Jireh, my Provider (Genesis 22:14).
Lord, I seek Your divine intervention and favor in my workplace and in my finances. I am asking for a
miraculous salary increment, knowing that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all I ask
or think (Ephesians 3:20). I trust in Your provision, just as You provided for Your people in the
wilderness, giving them manna from heaven (Exodus 16:4), and just as You multiplied the loaves and
fishes to feed the multitude (Matthew 14:19-20). I know that You are able to supply my every need
in unexpected and miraculous ways.
Father, Your Word says that You are a rewarder of those who diligently seek You (Hebrews 11:6),
and I come before You, seeking Your blessing and favor in my career. I believe that promotion comes
not from the east or the west, but from You alone (Psalm 75:6-7). I ask for Your favor in the eyes of
my employers, supervisors, and those in authority, just as You gave Joseph favor with Pharaoh
(Genesis 41:39-41) and Daniel with the kings of Babylon (Daniel 1:9, 6:3).
Lord, I trust Your timing, for You make all things beautiful in their time (Ecclesiastes 3:11). Help me to
wait patiently on You, knowing that those who wait on the Lord will renew their strength (Isaiah
40:31), and You will fulfill Your promises in due season (Galatians 6:9). I believe that You have plans
to prosper me and not to harm me, plans to give me a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11).
As I pray for this salary increment, I also ask for wisdom (James 1:5) to manage the resources You
bless me with, and I commit to honoring You with my finances, bringing the firstfruits of all my
increase to You (Proverbs 3:9-10). Your Word says that if I am faithful with little, You will entrust me
with more (Luke 16:10), so I ask for the grace to steward well what You have given me.
Lord, Your Word promises that You will open the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing that I
won’t have room enough to receive (Malachi 3:10). I stand on that promise today, believing that You
will bring financial increase into my life in a miraculous way. You have said that if I seek first Your
kingdom and Your righteousness, all these things will be added to me (Matthew 6:33). I trust that as I
keep my eyes on You, You will take care of all my needs.
Just as You provided for the widow at Zarephath through the miracle of multiplying her oil and flour
(1 Kings 17:14-16), I ask that You multiply my resources and cause my income to increase. You are
able to make all grace abound to me, so that in all things, at all times, I will have all that I need and
abound in every good work (2 Corinthians 9:8).
Father, Your Word says that whatever I ask for in prayer, believing that I have received it, it will be
mine (Mark 11:24). I stand in faith, believing that You are moving on my behalf, working in ways that
I cannot see (Isaiah 64:4). You are the God who makes a way in the wilderness and rivers in the
desert (Isaiah 43:19). I believe You will make a way for this salary increase, even if it seems
impossible, for nothing is impossible with You (Luke 1:37).
I declare that You are my Shepherd, and I shall not want (Psalm 23:1). You will prepare a table before
me, even in the presence of my challenges, and my cup will overflow (Psalm 23:5). Thank You for
Your goodness and mercy that follow me all the days of my life (Psalm 23:6). I place my trust in You, and I commit my plans and my future into Your hands, for I know that You will establish my steps
(Proverbs 16:3, Psalm 37:23).
Lord, I praise You in advance for the salary increment You will bring into my life. I believe that it will
come in Your perfect timing and according to Your perfect will. May my testimony of Your
miraculous provision bring glory to Your name and inspire others to trust in Your unfailing goodness.
In Jesus’ mighty name, I pray. Amen.
